One-Time Mystery Man Arraigned On ID Charges

A man who worked for years as an inspector with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission is facing new charges after being arraigned in U.S. District Court in Portland on Thursday.
According to court documents, Doitchin Krasev faces charges of making a false statement on a passport application and aggravated identity theft.
Police said he assumed the identity of Jason Evers, a 3-year-old boy who was murdered in Ohio in 1982, in the mid-90s.
